SHIPPING & RETURNS
we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders. Orders will be processed with in approximately 5-12 business days but not guaranteed. For preorders please refer to item distribution for delivery.
Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email.
Please note that BB cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All return/future shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. BB will only offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for the initial purchase only.
We will happily exchange your purchase if you have ordered the incorrect style or size. If you would like to exchange your purchase please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be in saleable condition, in their original packaging, items have not been worn, damaged or washed; items must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt; and are received by us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Customer must pay for return shipping and reshipping cost.
We will offer refunds for faulty items. A faulty item is defined as any fault not caused by normal wear and tear, or incorrect handleing of the item by the customer or a third party not following the Care instructions; We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. SImply send images of the faulty items to email@example.com and we will resolve the matter for you urgently.
